We socialize with clients both inside and outside the office, getting to know your interests and aspirations through regular phone calls, in-person meetings, social events, and home gatherings when allowed.
We provide quarterly performance reports and establish a review frequency on the front end of every relationship that coincides with your expected level of service, involvement, and asset level. Each non-annual review will cover current economic impacts, outlooks, performance reviews versus expectations, and any life changes you may have encountered. These meetings can take place via phone or in-person.
